New contract with Iberdrola

We have had notification from Iberdrola that our existing contract is to be terminated, they have offered us a new contract but the unit price will be increased by 20%. As from January 2010 we will be paying 0.28 per unit instead of 0.23. We have discussed this with Iberdrola who are looking for a cheaper tariff for us, we are waiting to hear but have to sign the new contract mid December.

We have been investigating the situation with the notice board at the top of the park advertising Naciones Residential Home. We have been waiting for paperwork to come through from the Town Hall giving us authorisation to rent the space. It has been a surprise therefore to receive notice from them to say that the original application was never received or processed therefore the sign has to come down. A letter has been sent to the Manager of the residential home explaining the situation.
