Mi-Sol Bar update

The contract for Mi-Sol Bar/Restaurant expires on 1st January 2010, before the new contract can be signed it was agreed by the Committee that all licensing requirements be in place. It has come to light that the present tenant Mr Morans only applied for the Licencia de Apertura in March of this year and to date has not been granted it. Therefore no signing could take place. However in view of the pending application it was agreed to offer Mr Morans a temporary contract to rent the premises as a Locale thus alleviating the responsibility of illegalities from the Community of Owners putting the onus onto Mr Morans. This contract will be valid until such time as the license is granted when the new contract will take effect.

This proposal was put to Mr Morans who has agreed to sign the temporary contract within the next few days.
