Minutes AGM 26/09/2009

I have posted the comprehensive minutes of the AGM. Owners will be receiving them by post. As a result of the majority vote with respect to our Spanish neighbours, I am delighted to report that the Caja Rural bank account is now in our control having been signed over today by Paco. We have also received community fees from two Spanish owners into the LaCaixa bank who previously paid into the "other bank" and I am confident that others will be received. As a result of the above, the bank balance today stands at €60,486.08.
