Entrance Gates

Rosario has been trying to resolve the ongoing saga re the entrance gates. In view of the recent break-ins and robberies, we have secured the services of a security man albeit on a part-time basis for a trial period of 3 months. Peter sent Rosario an email requesting that we use the gates as a barrier to be opened and closed manually. I have posted a copy of her reply which simply translated says that she has had several meetings with Don Emilio Fernandez Escudero, the complainant, who no longer wishes to carry out the sentence handed out by the courts. The decision whether to reinstate the electronics will have to be taken at a future meeting after putting it to the Community.

I have received numerous complaints with respect to the tenants in 610 and have been informed today that Clara has evicted them. She has also been asked to clean up the rubbish that her tenants of the caravans leave. Clara has been disputing the electricity used by her tenants in the flats. Each flat has it's own meter which is linked to one meter that is read by Mi-Sol. An electrician has been asked to investigate the usage, this will take place over the next few weeks.
