Database and Bills!

We have finally received the database for 2011, and are currently undertaking the billing for January.

We will hopefully have the bills and the minutes for 2010 meetings out by next week.

We have instructed the technician that this black hole can no longer occur if he wishes to continue with us next year.

We have told the technician that we have to have the 2012 database by no later than December 10.

We would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the tardiness of the bills.
