Skips

A reminder to all residents:-

1. The large skip located at the top of the community is only for garden waste NOT for building waste or unwanted furniture. WE ARE FINED - this cost will be charged to those disregarding others.

2. Those residents whom order a skip during building work must arrange for their skip to be removed after completion. IT IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMMUNITY.

As you can imagine, this also causes problems to public health, as people throw their domestic rubbish as well as dog excrement. IF SKIPS ARE LEFT ABANDONED WE WILL HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO HAVE THEM REMOVED:

3. The skip ordered for the community has not been removed yet due to the work being undertaken for the pool, 1 skip for multiple jobs.
