Owner's letter

Today I received a letter from a long standing owner of Mi-Sol. I wanted to share it with you and say it is nice to be appreciated.

During the last week Peter has been consolidating receipts with bank statements and accounts and issuing updated account details. We are now receiving payments into the LaCaixa bank from owners who previously paid into Cam bank and latterly the Caja Rural bank. We aim to target those owners who took advantage of the situation not to pay into any bank and will be issuing an updated court list to Rosario in the very near future.

After the heavy rain of a few weeks ago, there has been problems with the electrics on several circles. Paco has been extremely helpful in sourcing a reliable electrician and the repairs have been completed within 48 hours. He says he hasn't been so busy since he was President!! We are moving forward but treading with care. Let's hope the tranquility continues.
