Gardening & Maintenance

We are unable to employ a gardener/maintenance man due to the dire financial situation. Lucas has worked extremely hard since November last year, strimming, clearing circles and generally keeping the park tidy, he has received no payment for this.

We have now reached an agreement where he will work as self employed being responsible for his own taxes and social security.
He has agreed to work 10 days each month and invoice us accordingly. Hopefully later in the year we will be in a better position to offer him more work.

Last week we experienced 120 mph winds which resulted in some damage. The electricity box outside Clara’s caravans was blown over, Lucas has repaired it and made it safe, this will be included in this month’s invoice.
